Reflection - international contacts

I want to reflect on this point because it really is an important part of the IBM programme.

I must admit, it went better and better but my start wasn't that good. I have noticed that I was very closed towards other people.

It was definitely a change talking or working with some people from different nationalities. Because you are not sure if they understand you, your sarcasm, your jokes, etc.

I was a little afraid to say something wrong and just because of that, the communication did not went that smooth.

I have had a lot of thoughts about this topic during our small holiday in Februari and after the holiday I have tried to change my attitude a little bit and it helped.

I am now more confident towards people from a different country, culture.

I am happy that I changed my attitude during the year and that I really paid attention to this because I find communcation between two different cultures, countries very intriguing.
