Reflection - chairman

I was a chairman during the session of this week (19). I was really glad that I liked the topic, it went about talents.

I believe that we (my partners and me) started good, we had some meetings in advance, here it was important to create ideas, the first meeting was a brainstorm session.

After those meetings we did our own part separately. It was nice teamwork and the presentation itself was also fine. I was happy with the diversity in our presentation.

The only thing that could been better was the timing. We have done too much work on the couple of days just before the presentation so that is definitely something to bear in mind.

After all it was a good experience due to good understandings between the team but of course we could have done some things even better.
